Forge are 3 partners: French Winemaker Grower, Louis Barruol of Chteau de Saint Cosme in Gigondas and American partners Richard Rainey, and Justin Boyette. There is a lot of freshness without excessive acidity. It reflects how the colder places in southeast Seneca can still go to a great level of physiological ripening.
